The architectural intervention transforms an existing fitness studio into a representative theatre foyer, capitalizing on the space's generous ceiling height to establish an appropriate entrance sequence for cultural programming.

The design strategy addresses existing structural constraints through adaptive cladding systems that integrate building services while maintaining spatial clarity. The retained structural columns and technical installations are architecturally resolved through a differentiated approach: three prominent rectangular service enclosures receive metallic decorative treatment, while fourteen smaller columns are enclosed within simplified casings.

The material palette explores two distinct chromatic approaches. The primary scheme employs dominant red accent surfaces with warm timber finishes and metallic gold detailing, creating a ceremonial atmosphere appropriate for cultural venues. The alternative concept utilizes muted earth tones—beige and natural timber—complemented by gold metallic accents, establishing a more subdued yet sophisticated spatial character.

Both material strategies incorporate geometric patterning on modular wall panel systems measuring 70 cm x 360 cm, providing cost-effective installation flexibility. The design methodology balances preservation of existing spatial structure with contemporary aesthetic intervention.
The modular layout exploits the vertical proportions to accommodate both functional circulation and representational uses. Future development phases will address ceiling articulation, furnishing integration, bar configuration, and vertical circulation elements to complete the architectural ensemble.
