The MDM building in the middle of Moscow offers an ensemble of diverse public cultural and culinary venues and two modern theatres.

On the roof area of the towering elliptical cylinder with approximately 2,000.00 m², an event space and a public space of between 700.00 m² and 1,600.00 m² are to be created. The architectural landmark is to be executed in the tradition of the Moscow roofscape in a far-sighted contemporary design.

The project is currently in the development phase.
